As a woman traveling alone, I loved the friendly and helpful staff at Aloft Long Island City. Special thanks to Chanelle for going above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The rooftop view was amazing, and the hotel's proximity to the metro stations made it easy for me to explore the city. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, and tasty breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The beds were plush and incredibly comfortable, and the drapes did a fantastic job of blocking out the light. The hotel lobby always had a clean and pleasant scent. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient. There were three different subway stations within a 5-minute walk, providing easy access to multiple subway lines. The hotel was also close to the Long Island City riverside, offering a stunning view of the mid-Manhattan skyline. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby that offered delivery service.

The views from our room were incredible and the room itself was perfect. The amenities provided were lovely and we really appreciated the USB charging station in the room. This hotel was perfect for my stay in the city. The location near to the subway made it so easy for me and my friends to travel around. It was right across the street from a subway station that got us into Manhattan in minutes. I loved the range of services here, from the dry cleaning and limousine service to the wake up calls and welcome drinks. The rooms were fantastic with everything I could possibly need, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace was a great addition too, with garden furniture and a trouser press available for guests to use.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

I recently stayed at a new and clean hotel in Long Island City for 4 nights. The spacious rooms were perfect for my trip to NYC. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooftop terrace offered an amazing view of Manhattan. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to the subway and a beautiful view of the mid-Manhattan skyline from the riverside. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

This hotel is an affordable gem, close to two subway stations that transport you easily to Manhattan and Brooklyn. Besides, you can stroll along the Long Island City riverside, enjoying the best view of the mid-Manhattan skyline. Also, the staff is friendly and takes care of every detail for you to have a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms offer an amazing view of the city skyline, perfect for a memorable stay.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the attentive staff and their willingness to accommodate our requests. The higher floor we requested was granted instantly, offering us a stunning view. The location was ideal, with easy access to multiple metro stations, ensuring convenient travel throughout the city. There was also a fantastic new restaurant nearby, offering delicious and affordable pizza.

Great location and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small fridge in our room, which allowed us to keep our refreshments cool.

Our room had a non-accessible balcony and a large climate installation that blocked most of our view. It was a bit disappointing.

The hotel location is great, near the subway. They offered free parking and a complimentary welcome drink. The staff were accommodating and did their best to make our stay comfortable.
