The garden was beautiful and there was even a creek nearby. It would be a great place for families with kids, as there were chicks on the property and a grassy area to play. we had a good experience and would recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at Alpen Way Chalet Mountain Lodge. The cabin I stayed in, "Gracious," was beautifully decorated and had attention to detail. The hot tub against the backdrop of huge rocks was a highlight. The owners were super nice and accommodating, providing excellent service and advice about the area. I also loved the location, which was close to Denver and easy to find. The cute cabins added to the overall charm of the lodge.

We stayed at the Alpen for two nights in July and had a wonderful time. The location of the property is stunning, surrounded by beautiful grounds and within walking distance to town. Our host, Rebbecca, was incredibly gracious and provided us with great travel advice. We even had the chance to see deer and moose on the property. The room itself was clean and spacious, and we loved the unique and interesting design. The Alpen has a charming bed and breakfast vibe, with each suite having its own outdoor table or deck. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the authentic charm of Evergreen, with its plenty of dining options.

Would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The hot tub was great, although we wished they could turn off the spotlight. The hotel's proximity to town was perfect. The drivers in this city were considerate and slowed down for pedestrians. The staff, especially Tim, was awesome and made us feel at home. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds were well-maintained and provided a great space to relax and play. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!

The hot tub was a fantastic experience with the backdrop of huge rocks. And to top it all off, we slept in the most comfortable bed ever!

Almost perfect. The unit we stayed in, the Daisy Suite, could use some updates. It felt a bit chilly, possibly due to the unusually cold weather in July.
