The owner, Lori, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. She even gave me great recommendations for hikes to see moose! The amenities at Bay Avenue Inn were top-notch, with hot water, soft towels, a firm bed, solid wifi. I especially appreciated being able to borrow freezer space for the fish I caught during my trip. The inn even provided loaner growlers for the nearby breweries, a nice touch for beer enthusiasts like myself. I highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting Homer.

The close proximity to Homer Spit, beautiful scenery just above the tidal flats. Lori the owner was very welcoming and made sure there was food and beverages available for us prior to going charter fishing. Enjoyed chatting with her and fellow travelers. Wonderful accommodations, would definitely stay again if opportunity presents itself!
