The hotel had a fitness room and complimentary cookies or fruit at the front desk. It was quiet despite the presence of college teams.

The staff provided excellent service from front desk to housekeeping, and Lucy who prepared breakfast was impressive. Looking forward to staying again.

The hotel was located in a great area with lots of options for dining and it was close to all destinations including ball parks. The room was clean, the bathroom had fresh towels, and service was friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the room was fantastic. The hotel had facilities to vacuum the floors when requested and was quick to respond.

The hotel didn't seem to live up to expectations and had a few broken facilities in the room that didn't work correctly.

This hotel is a great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms that come with a pull-out couch bed and a large fridge. Plus, it's in an extremely convenient location, close to soccer fields, a tournament we were attending, and Tampa Bay. The staff was also very attentive and the free breakfast had plenty of options.

During my recent stay at Best Western Auburndale Inn & Suites, I was impressed by the size of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included and it was a decent breakfast. Additionally, the heated pool was a pleasant surprise, even though it wasn't mentioned on the website.
