I recently stayed at a Best Western in Ritzville and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast options were excellent with a variety of choices like cold hardboiled eggs, yogurt, hot hasbrowns, and waffle makers. The staff, particularly Walter, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, even finding a car wash for my pickup. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable room, as well as the great pool. Another highlight was the screen showcasing all the wonderful things to do in the area, perfect for visitors.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy highway access to Glacier National Park, and minutes away from the downtown area with great food options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave. We also loved the delicious breakfast in the morning, making our experience even better. The friendly and professional service was exceptional, and we can't wait to visit again!

The breakfast spread was not your typical continental breakfast - it was delicious and there was a great seating area. The rooms were exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities. The location was perfect for us as transient travelers, being near I90. this hotel worked perfectly into our travel plans and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. The spacious bathroom with a large vanity allowed me and my spouse to easily spread out all of our toiletries. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location was a major plus, making it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. And to top it off, we were pleasantly surprised to find a handful of Tesla charging stations in the parking lot, which was a great perk for electric vehicle owners like myself.

The only downside to our stay was some occasional banging noise that seemed to be coming from the neighboring rooms or floors. While it eventually stopped and didn't persist throughout the night, the soundproofing could have been better.
