We had a great stay at this Best Western! The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location was ideal for exploring the area and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions. It was just outside of Saugatuck, right off Blue Star Highway, and within a 10-minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. This allowed me to easily access the charming town and its beautiful shores.

Spent my christmas at a hotel with good pricing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. The location is very convenient for visitors as it is just 5 minutes away from all the main attractions. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable. The room was quiet which allowed us to enjoy our stay without any disturbance.

The hotel lacked an elevator which is disappointing and challenging for the disabled. the pool was a bit crowded with kids which made it difficult to enjoy the hot tub.
