My stay at Best Western Plus Bay City Inn & Suites was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, especially Sharon who was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the convenient location with many stores within walking distance. Despite a few minor issues, like a non-functioning air conditioner in the first room and a missing security lock in the second room, the staff promptly addressed these concerns and offered solutions. The location was also great, with easy access to my planned activities.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was only provided on weekdays and not weekends, which was a bit inconvenient for families traveling.

The elevator was out of order during the stay, inconveniencing guests who had to use the stairs.

We particularly enjoyed the free use of the hotel's dryer, which saved us a lot of hassle, and the fact that there were many nearby places to explore.

Our stay was not without its difficulties. We experienced some extra charges which were eventually corrected, and the pool was unavailable during our visit.

The staff were professional and friendly. They promptly addressed my concern about the AC not working and moved me to a new room. The rooms were clean and spacious with great lighting. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The hotel also accommodated our group for our family reunion.
