Some noise from outside and adjacent rooms was bothersome at times. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided better soundproofing.

The Best Western Plus Carriage Inn exceeded my expectations with its extensive facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to unwind, and the fitness center/gym was convenient for a quick workout. the room was a pleasant surprise, equipped with all the amenities to make me feel at home, including a hairdryer, safe, ironing set. The hotel's location near Sherman Oaks Castle Park was also a delightful bonus.

The cleanliness fell a bit short in some areas. Although the room seemed clean, there were dirty light switches, door handles, and debris around the beds that were missed by the vacuum.

The location was just perfect with easy access to all the popular LA attractions. The Denny's next door was a great convenience, and the staff were always willing to help with everything we needed- room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping service.
