The hotel was conveniently located near the hospital, which was great for our needs. The on-site restaurant and bar were also a nice feature, as we didn't have to venture far for food and drinks. The room itself was comfortable, with two cozy chairs positioned in front of a sliding glass door that led out to a balcony. We enjoyed sitting there, reading and watching the rain fall.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that didn't flush, and in the second room, the air conditioning took hours to cool the room down.

For a brief stay of two nights, this hotel had the best aspects. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and hot tub, were definitely worth the extra walk. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing an airport shuttle service which was very convenient. The location of the hotel, reasonably close to the center of town, was perfect. Additionally, there were some great local diners nearby for breakfast.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and spacious, with a separate shower and toilet which was very convenient. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the pool, which added to the overall experience. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They made us feel welcome and were always accommodating. We were impressed with the great service we received throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Despite my fear of getting mugged while parking, I felt safe throughout my stay and even had quick access to the restaurant when needed. The hotel was conveniently located close to many attractions, which made my trip even better. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, and the bathroom was perfectly stocked. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and even the view from my room was impressive. While the parking was rather limited, the staff were accommodating, helping me find a spot without difficulty.

I enjoyed my recent stay at Best Western. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice beds. The hotel gift shop was great and had many items I wanted. The pool was lovely, and I loved hearing the birds from my balcony. The staff at check-in and checkout were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Best Western in Santa Barbara for a night on our way from LA to San Francisco. The staff was great and they even upgraded us without explanation. The location was good and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The hotel had a lot of flowers which showed the owners' concern for the beauty of the place. The studio apartment was good with a fully equipped kitchen and the pool area was nice with warm water.

Wow! Our weekend getaway was amazing! The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing us with hot chocolate sachets upon check-in. The room was well stocked with toiletries, and the separate buildings with convenient parking made it easy for us to get around. We loved the quiet neighborhood location, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful weekend. Plus, the sunny lawn area outside our building added to the relaxing atmosphere. our stay was beyond our expectations and we would definitely return.

While our room was spacious, it did feel a bit dated. Additionally, the food at the on-site restaurant wasn't impressive.

The hotel had extremely clean rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the freeway, making it easy to get on and off. Additionally, there was a restaurant on-site that served delicious food, including a mouth-watering eggs benedict dish over quinoa patties.

One downside was that on my last night, there were some noisy young adults in the room next to mine, which was not a pleasant experience. Additionally, parking was a bit of an issue as the hotel was full and I had more than one car.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was pretty close to the downtown area and just off the Pier, which was excellent. It was in a quiet area away from the tourist hubbub, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast at the Live Oak Cafe every morning. The staff provided excellent customer service and were always friendly and accommodating.

The location of this hotel is ideal, within walking distance to Sansum Clinic. It is also close to downtown and worth the extra walk for the huge suite and amenities. The staff here is very friendly and courteous, and they made sure I had a comfortable stay.

The only downside was that the hotel was a little bit too far from the downtown area.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and grounds, comfortable beds, convenient shuttle service, surprising quality for the price.

This hotel is a real gem! The location is superb, nestled in a quiet neighborhood across from a hospital and clinic. The rooms are very comfortable equipped with a kitchen, large bathroom, and every amenity to hand. Breakfast is also available for a reasonable price. Such great value for money!
