What a wonderful stay at this hotel close to the border! The rooms were impeccably clean with modern decor, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was reassuring to see familiar faces year after year. It's not often that you find a hotel that ticks all the boxes like this one.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at a hotel in Shelby. The staff at Best Western was prompt and provided great information. Initially, we thought of just passing through Shelby, but thanks to the hotel staff's recommendation of a local restaurant and the hotel itself, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious with a separate seating area and a large TV. We loved that the TV was on a swivel stand, allowing us to watch comfortably from the sofa or bed. The front desk was excellent, providing us with a list of nearby restaurants, including The Alibi Restaurant & Lounge, which had delicious pizza. We also appreciated the quality coffee pods and decent breakfast. The hotel, with its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff, truly turned Shelby into a gem of a destination for us.

During my recent 18-day journey, I had the opportunity to stay at a variety of motels, but Best Western stood out as a hidden gem. The staff at this newer property were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The highlight was the motel buffet breakfast, which was the best I've ever had. The lady who ran the buffet was a treasure, connecting personally with each guest and ensuring that all our needs were met. She even went the extra mile by rinsing out our travel mugs with hot water before filling them with delicious coffee. The motel itself was clean and well-run, a true example for other chains to follow.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to busy railroad tracks and national parks, such as Glacier. We also saw other hotels in the area, but this one stood out as the best.
