We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to dining, shopping, and tourist attractions like Millennium Park. The staff were amazing, welcoming us with a friendly smile and providing helpful information about the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had great facilities, including a restaurant and bar, an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness studio. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to family.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the conveniently located hotel with easy access to attractions like Millennium Park and the Field Museum. The staff was friendly and even let us borrow bikes for our museum visit. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room size was perfect. The Atwood restaurant on-site served delicious food for all meals, and the free coffee and water were a nice touch.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the fitness center and the event we attended. The modern conveniences and facilities were impressive, and the room and bathroom were well-maintained. The staff provided good service and were helpful with suggesting meal options.

We stayed at Staypineapple for a night to celebrate our anniversary. The pineapple theme was perfectly executed with cute touches throughout the hotel. The staff was top notch, so friendly, polite, and helpful. The lobby area had complimentary water, cupcakes, and coffee, and even dog treats! The architecture of the building and interior design were fabulous. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable we've ever had. The location in the theater district was excellent, within walking distance to so many things. We also loved the $10 daily credit towards our food and bar tab.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was unbeatable, right in the center of the Loop, surrounded by historic buildings and theaters. We could easily explore the city on foot and didn't need to worry about our car thanks to the valet service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The rooms were cozy and well-kept, with comfortable beds and breathtaking views of the city skyline. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent value for the price, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great area, right in the center of the loop in a historic building. The comfortable beds and rooms with a view of the Chicago theatre are fantastic. The staff is attentive and provides basic amenities like grab bars in the bathtubs. Breakfast is included and a great value for money.
