Everything was fantastic.

The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive. The room is clean and towels and sheets are sanitarily packaged. Convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Laundry facility is free for guests. Pet-friendly and updated rooms.

I loved the comfy beds and the ability to control the temperature in both rooms separately. The full kitchen was great for cooking meals. Being on the top floor near the elevator was convenient.

The hotel room had a well-equipped kitchenette area, which was convenient for cooking and eating. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Walmart and local restaurants.

The carpet and floors were not clean, and the leather chairs were peeling. Furthermore, there was a noticeable roach infestation in the room, with roaches crawling on the kitchen floor, walls, bathroom floor.

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites for a weekend vacation and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptional, from the warm and friendly greeting at check-in to every employee I encountered throughout my stay. The hotel smelled wonderfully clean, and I loved that they provided free laundry facilities for guests. Plus, the fact that they allow pets made a huge difference for me - the rooms were clean and updated, unlike many other pet-friendly hotels I've stayed in. Candlewood Suites truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites in Jacksonville. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved having control over the room temperature in both rooms. The full kitchen was a great feature and allowed us to enjoy home-cooked meals during our stay. Being on the top floor right next to the elevator was convenient for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
