The hotel is conveniently located in a growing area with many options for dining and entertainment. The rooms are clean and have modern decor. The bathrooms are spacious with accommodating showers. The breakfast offers a decent selection and the view from some rooms is breathtaking. The hotel bar and restaurant have a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The electronic key and room phone may need some improvement, but the hotel provides quality service overall.

Some guests seem to have encountered problems with the electronic key and room phone.

Great customer service from valet, receptionist, and restaurant staff with modern and calming decor. Amazing river side views from the well-appointed, comfortable room. Nice water views from the restaurant with good a la carte breakfast. Hotel is walking distance to an entertainment district. Slow restaurant service due to busy weekend, but overall, a great stay.

The breakfast was outstanding, with multiple options, including perfectly cooked potatoes and turkey sausage. The hotel's décor was modern and urban, with free billiards in the lobby. The staff was exceptional and made my business trip a breeze. Plus, the location was prime, with amazing views of ships passing by, beach volleyball, and nightlife activities.

While the trendy furnishings and industrial décor were beautiful, the canopy light over the bed was bothersome as it wouldn't turn off without using the master switch. , the balcony could use more privacy screens as people on the main patio could easily see into my space.

Absolutely loved the innovative and modern decor throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Although we arrived early, we were given early check-in without hassle. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
