The location of the hotel was perfect, just a quick walk to Union Station. Although there were some issues with breakfast being limited and early, the overall service and friendliness of the staff made our stay enjoyable. The clean room and great facilities added to our comfort during our visit.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Chicago with many attractions within walking distance. the room was cozy and equipped with convenient amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. the staff, especially Billy Burrage, the AM Guest Service Manager, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the carpet. It would be better if housekeeping could automatically clean the rooms daily without guests having to request it.

Chose this hotel for a brainstorming session as it's conveniently located near businesses and government buildings. The room's amenities, including snacks and coffee, were perfect for staying focused and energized. The staff's attention to my allergy needs and the provision of water fountains were great touches.

I missed having a whiteboard or flip chart in the room for our brainstorming sessions.

Central Loop was ideally located near our destinations, offering a great bathroom with lovely provided amenities. the staff was amazing and helpful, ensuring a tidy room, with an excellent refillable water station. Close to public transportation and with great bed comfort, it's a secure and pleasant stay.

we had a wonderful time at Central Loop. the gym there is truly impressive and made us smile. the lobby boasts 3 speedy lifts and the location near a loop station was convenient. the staff promptly fixed a light issue we messaged them about, and we enjoyed the lounge for printing boarding passes. being in the heart of the city couldn't be more perfect.

The attached pub/restaurant was a delightful spot with a friendly atmosphere and delicious meals, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Billy at the front desk was incredibly helpful, making our excursion planning seamless. Complimentary purified water was a nice touch. The location was superb, allowing easy access to iconic landmarks like Navy Pier, Shedd Aquarium, and Willis Tower, fostering great family bonding experiences. The room was practical but could use a refresh, lacking a fridge, yet the efficient staff and central location made our stay memorable.

Had a cozy stay very close to the art museum. LOVED the superb breakfast at the neighboring pub. Friendly staff made me feel at home. Would stay again! the rooms are better than in photos.

We hit the Chicago Theatre for an epic live show and checked out the Cadillac Palace Theater for Aladdin. From there, we explored the city's nightlife and shopped till we dropped. It's a paradise for city-loving partygoers like us!

The only thing I'd ask for is a better in-house club or bar for us young, fun-loving peeps.

Eclectic eateries, shops, theaters, and parks – The location of the hotel was fantastic, surrounded by an abundance of activities. I felt like a kid in a candy store, with so much to explore just steps away. Being in the heart of the city made everything incredibly convenient.

our stay at club quarters was beyond amazing. from the moment we called for directions to the quick check-in process, the staff provided fantastic service. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy walking access to attractions and restaurants. and the in-house pub was a definite highlight, serving delicious food at reasonable prices. we'll be back!

Broken hair dryer.

The Central Loop Hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the Art Institute of Chicago and Millennium Park. The state-of-the-art workstations and free WiFi made it easy for me to stay connected and get work done during my stay.

The Queen suite bed felt cramped and smaller than expected, more like a Full size. It would've been more comfortable with a larger bed and a pillow top.

my recent stay in chicago was fantastic. club quarters hotel exceeded my expectations for my birthday celebration. the central location and access to the elephant and castle were a huge plus. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free water bottle station on each floor was a great amenity.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail, like water coolers with refillable bottles on every floor. Its location is unbeatable, right off the train line from the airport, in the middle of the city but next to several subway lines, and with everything within walking distance. The staff is always friendly, and the gym is perfect for a quick workout. Additionally, the rooms with two twin beds have great views and a bathtub.
