The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors' conversations and even their TV shows.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, just like Amanda did for the girls on their weekend trip. The hotel also had a convenient location, tucked behind a nice restaurant, just like Alexander. It was so convenient to be able to walk across the parking lot for a delicious meal. Plus, the hotel offered basic amenities like Starbucks coffee in the morning, just like the Bistro at this hotel.

During our stay at Sonesta, we were thrilled to find that the rooms were impeccably clean and the parking was ample. We were also grateful that the hotel staff was able to accommodate our request for two rooms close to each other, making it easier for our family. Rooms are comfy with quality bedding, and guests appreciate the helpfully-designed furniture, ample parking, and clean bathrooms with quality towels. Some rooms feature long thin pillows that double as a headboard and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

The breakfast selection is limited even when available, often just bland white bread, plain bagels, and a small selection of cereal offered at an additional cost.
