I recently stayed at a hotel in Columbus for the new year and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel was well-maintained and had a beautiful lobby. The staff at the front desk, especially Aaron, was friendly and provided excellent customer service. They were quick to address any requests or concerns that I had during my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, I appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. One issue I encountered was with the temperature in the room.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in an easily accessed area. The location was great, with a Logan's Restaurant within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the friendly front desk to the attentive housekeeping. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a coffee pot. I was particularly pleased that breakfast was included in the rate, making it a great value for money stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the room was quiet and we were not disturbed. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Friendly and accommodating staff, went out of their way to provide wine glasses for patio enjoyment. Bistro had friendly and efficient service. Clean room with pleasant smell. Well-lit and airy lobby. Delicious food, excellent service in the lobby area.

Had a great Easter weekend at a stylish hotel, with comfy beds and modern rooms. Impressed by the complimentary breakfast and free parking. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and attractions. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and fitness center.

Waited a lot to exit the parking lot because there weren't enough exits. when the hotel was busy, the area around the pool and common areas needed more attention.
