The breakfast was satisfactory, although there was some confusion with a prepaid reservation. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The room was spacious and well-lit, providing a comfortable stay. Plenty of nearby stores and restaurants added convenience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we mistakenly booked the wrong Marriott hotel. They quickly resolved the issue and even gave us a coupon for the bar. The room was spacious, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable with soft bedding and duvets. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and there was plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for our shopping trip and easy access to the area. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Hartford-Farmington area and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent. Despite being in a convenient location near everything, the prices were quite reasonable. Secondly, the staff's attention to detail was commendable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt service throughout my stay, they truly went above and beyond. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the view. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast included, complete with Starbucks coffee!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with lots of lighting and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were enjoyable, and the public spaces were comfortable to relax in. The hotel's location right across from the mall and near everything in the area made it convenient for us. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the girls at the front desk to the staff in the bistro. it was a great experience.

The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated with vibrant colors, comfortable couches, and multiple TVs and PCs. It felt like a NYC hotel lobby. The check-in process was seamless and quick, especially when using the Marriott app. The room was spacious and had modern amenities like pin lights along the walls, soft desk and side table lamps, and plenty of outlets to plug in my technology. The bathroom was large, although the concave bathtub floor was a little awkward. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly and helpful.

The fitness center was extremely small and only had limited equipment. It got quite warm after a while, and there were only a few machines available.

Got two complimentary drinks when we arrived, and the lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Convenient location for shopping and dining, with plenty of options nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good lighting.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. When we checked in, they didn't acknowledge us or greet us with a smile.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting the Hartford area. The location is ideal, just across from the mall and with easy access to Bradley airport. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help and making guests feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the included breakfast with Starbucks coffee.

Hard to find anything to complain about, everything was fine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel and had the most amazing experience with their customer service. I had to cancel my reservation after the approved cancellation date, but to my surprise, the hotel staff, particularly Michael, handled the cancellation quickly and without any trouble. I was treated so well and appreciated the efficiency in which they handled my request. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering kind gestures like bringing extra blankets and engaging in friendly conversations. The lobby was well-maintained and the service was fast and efficient.

The hotel could improve by providing better user-friendly apps for online reviews.

We loved our stay at this recently-renovated hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy loveseat/couch. The management went above and beyond, offering us another room if we needed to escape any noise from other guests. They even surprised us with complimentary wine.
