The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the shuttle drivers went above and beyond. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the nearby Louisville attractions and close to the convention center. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and Amy from the breakfast team made me feel welcome.

Excellent customer service from Melissa, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. The shuttle driver provided excellent service and assistance, especially for disabled guests. The staff member in the elevator was helpful and kind, offering assistance and making sure we had a pleasant stay. The Bistro staff were accommodating and still served us, even after closing time.

The Courtyard hotel in Louisville was a great choice for our recent stay. The location was very convenient, especially for business travelers attending the expo center. I recently stayed at Courtyard for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The young guy on the elevator was extremely helpful and went out of his way to show us to our room. The staff at the Bistro were accommodating and even served us after closing time. The location was great for our event and the hotel was clean. The day shift desk clerk was also very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus driver was friendly and the beds were comfortable. We were stranded at the airport and this hotel was recommended to us, and we are so glad we stayed here.

Plus, the shuttle service was a great perk, running 24 hours and taking you wherever you needed to go, not just the airport. a great value for money with breakfast included.

The hotel is located directly behind KY Kingdom amusement park, offering a convenient and exciting experience for families. The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate my special needs son by finding us a room on the top floor with a view of the park. The comfortable beds and pillows provided a restful stay. The breakfast was adequate and prepared quickly, perfect for starting the day off right.

Great value for the price and only a short drive to downtown. Free parking is a bonus. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast options, especially the egg white frittata. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

No vending machines available and prices for water and drinks at the little market were high. The breakfast serving time ended at 10 am, making it difficult for those who like to sleep in to get breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were very clean. We appreciated the accommodating housekeeping staff who provided us with extra washcloths and towels. The pool was amazing, and the staff at the front desk, including the African American woman and the friendly maintenance man, were inviting and helpful. The hotel's convenient location right across from the amusement park was perfect for us, and there were plenty of attractions in this city that we could easily access. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel's bistro was delicious and served by friendly staff.
