The hotel had everything we needed for our family stay. Jasmine at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and professional, always wearing a smile and ready to assist us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet. The hotel's location was excellent, with shopping and dining options within easy walking distance. The public areas were clean and convenient, and the breakfast at the on-site cafe was good.

It was within walking distance of both the university campus and the town, making it convenient for exploring. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were comfortable, and although the rooms could have been kept up in better condition, it did not detract from my overall enjoyment. The prices were also very reasonable, offering great value for money. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast options, which were delicious and satisfying. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the main attractions and landmarks downtown. The carpet and furniture in the room are nice and the fitness room and pool are a plus. Staff are friendly and accommodating, so you'll feel welcome during your stay.

Had an amazing new year stay! Loved the complimentary shuttle service that took me wherever I wanted to go around the city. The fitness room and pool were also top-notch. Another great thing about this place was their rooftop bistro and bar that had a unique and compelling atmosphere.

The hotel room was slightly run down and could have used some more care over maintenance, especially for a new hotel. The room was comfortable, but it could have been better.
