The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food and was clean, although we had a negative experience with one of the male staff members. Fortunately, the woman who served us for brunch was fantastic and went above and beyond. We wished we knew the name of the rude staff member for feedback purposes. The pool was warm and enjoyable. We were impressed and will definitely return.

Having a restaurant right next door was also a bonus, and the location was convenient to downtown. The staff made me feel safe and welcome, and I loved the small balcony in my room.
