I recently stayed at a hotel during my Christmas vacation and had a fantastic experience. The staff at this hotel was exceptional, providing top-notch service from the moment I arrived. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent and a great value. The whole environment of the hotel felt very upscale, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and furnishings all felt brand new. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. The icing on the cake was the shuttle service provided by the hotel, which made getting around a breeze.

While my stay at the hotel was overall great, there were a couple of drawbacks. The onsite restaurant and bar were a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a modern and nice atmosphere, and the staff was very supportive. The lobby, breakfast area, and rooms were well-equipped and bright. The buffet breakfast was a separate cost, but it had a good selection and you could also order from the menu. The location was close to the center but still provided a quiet atmosphere away from the busy surroundings.

The gym could be better equipped, and the selection was not up to par. There was also no Wi-Fi in the gym and swimming pool, which was inconvenient.

The hotel lobby is modern, bright, and very clean. The staff, especially Jackie, at the front desk was helpful, friendly. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city at night. The bathroom had a nice shower with handheld and rain features.

The doors to other rooms were very loud when they closed, which was quite disruptive. The bathroom was a bit small, only accommodating one person at a time.

Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Great view. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Nice bar. Delicious food. Ample free parking.

The staff was nice. Initially given a not so great room, but quickly moved to a better one with a nice view and free breakfast. The location was convenient for events.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for attending an event nearby, and the staff was very attentive. Great value for money with amazing views of the river. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have all the amenities needed for a great stay. The staff members are friendly and attentive, always taking care of even the smallest details. Breakfast is included in the price, which is a great bonus.
