great location! beautiful room! staff members were friendly and accommodating! we've never been asked for a floor preference. we don't like elevators, so being on the first floor was great! the location was convenient, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. everyone had great customer service. the bar was nice and breakfast was delicious.
