We loved this hotel! It had an excellent location, close to the downtown area, the capitol building, and the university where I was working. The cleanliness of the room and public areas was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great bar/restaurant offering reasonably priced and delicious food. The staff at the front desk and the wait staff were exceptional, providing outstanding service and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a big plus for us. And we appreciated the transportation options available, including a shuttle service with helpful tips and recommendations from the driver.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Doubletree By Hilton in Madison and were able to check in early. This allowed us to explore State Street before the Badger Basketball game. The hotel staff greeted us warmly and even gave us fresh, warm cookies and a bag of Badger popcorn. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and our king bed room was comfortable and had a nice shower. The gated parking area gave us peace of mind about leaving our car. our experience was great and we highly recommend this hotel.

The location, comfort, and friendly staff were great. Close to campus, comfortable room and bed, and helpful staff. Also, the lighted make-up mirror was a nice touch. The warm cookie and water bottle upon arrival were a pleasant surprise. a wonderful stay.

Free shuttle and parking, great location near attractions, and tasty cookies upon arrival made our stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and taken care of during our city break. the rooms were comfortable and had great water pressure in the shower.

The thin walls were a downside, unfortunately. It was difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep when we could hear everything happening next door.

Great hotel close to downtown area and the popular Best Restaurants. Staff were accommodating and friendly, with excellent service. The rooms were spacious with nice amenities and a wonderful view of the Capital.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business trip, as it was close to the university campus and the city square. This made it easy for me to navigate around the area without needing to rent a car. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the comfortable and clean room, which had all the necessary amenities I needed for a successful trip.

I found that the soundproofing in the hotel was inadequate. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, which was quite disruptive at times.

Moreover, there are plenty of local restaurants nearby, perfect for those who don't feel like walking too far. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the college campus, making it a great choice for visiting families. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the basic amenities in the rooms on the upper floors are well-equipped, offering a mix of old-fashioned air conditioning units and modern equipment. Lastly, the fact that breakfast is included is a definite perk.

This hotel provides a fantastic location for visitors looking to explore. It's convenient to local eateries, attractions such as the Children's Hospital, and Madison's famous Farmers Market. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and the pool and exercise room are a nice perk.

Like many hotels, there can be some noise disturbances. It's also worth noting that this hotel might not accommodate all coffee drinkers as lattes are not available at the restaurant.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the shuttle driver provided great tips for local activities. Although the shower was a bit difficult to adjust, it was clean and functional. I highly recommend Doubletree By Hilton for a pleasant stay.

The staff, especially Libby at the front desk, was exceptional. She quickly resolved a unique problem and saved us a lot of hassle. The hotel was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The restaurant had delicious food and drinks, with great service. The room was comfortable, with a nice addition of a lighted make-up mirror. The warm cookie and water bottle upon arrival were a pleasant touch. The view of the Capitol was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel was within a short walking distance to the Kohl Center for hockey games.
