Clean rooms and friendly service were the best aspects of my stay. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The fact that they allow pets was a plus for me as I was traveling with my furry companion. The hotel is conveniently located in a key location, making it easy to access other areas of the city.

The toilet in my room was a bit slow, which was a minor inconvenience. There was a coffee pod left from the previous guest, indicating a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping.

This hotel is a budget-friendly option that offers a range of amenities, including a complimentary breakfast, evening reception, and dinner. Guests can enjoy popcorn and soft drinks throughout the day. The facilities, such as the indoor pool, gym, and self-laundry room, are well-maintained. The staff, including the general manager Brian and the front desk and housekeeping teams, are all friendly and helpful. it feels like a home away from home.

I stay here in Joplin at least once a month, and from now on, Drury Inn & Suites will be my go-to hotel. The breakfast is amazing, with drinks and hot food served at 5:30. The pool and hot tub are very nice, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, and they even made a special effort with my pillow. They gave me a free upgrade and held my belongings for me when I couldn't check in right away. excellent service all around!

During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was easily accessible and provided easy on/off access from the highway, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, there were several restaurants within walking distance or a short car ride away, allowing us to explore different dining options. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were very efficient, friendly, and helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

There were a few things that we didn't quite like during our stay. the cleanliness of the hotel rooms could have been improved.

The staff at this hotel were great, always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right off the highway and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from and was delicious. Plus, the pool was a fun way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The bathroom in our room was quite cramped. The door wouldn't open fully because of the shower rod, and there was no separate exhaust fan, making it feel stuffy.

The rooms with 2 queen beds are spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, both breakfast and basic amenities are provided with fairly good quality.
