The staff at Econo Lodge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Despite a mix-up with our reservation, they quickly found us a room that met all of our preferences. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were well-maintained. The location of the hotel near the outlet mall was convenient for shopping. we had a pleasant experience at Econo Lodge and would recommend it to others.

The hotel was conveniently located on a centralized street, making it easy to access everything we needed. It was also directly across the street from the outlet malls, which was a major plus. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionists who greeted us with warm cookies and provided clear directions to the beach, to the evening receptionist who personally found us at the pool to give us more towels. The breakfast was great, with a delicious variety of options, and the lady who prepared the food was friendly and on top of keeping everything stocked.

The fact that the rooms were recently painted added a nice touch to the overall experience. Additionally, the check-in attendant was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there were reports of hair left in the shower and sink, and some guests mentioned finding feces on the outside rim of the bathroom commode. The towels and wash rags were inconsistent in supply, with some guests not receiving the correct number of towels or wash rags.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, which offered a nice variety of options to choose from. The pool area was a lovely and relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the motel's location was perfect, as it was right across from the outlet mall and just minutes away from the beach and Gulf Shores attractions. I will definitely be staying at this motel again in the future.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Foley for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. I appreciated having two mini fridges in the room, and the shower had good water pressure. Although I didn't try it, the breakfast smelled delicious when I checked out. The pool looked clean and inviting, and other guests seemed to be enjoying it.

I recently stayed at Econo Lodge in Foley for a quick getaway. The room had a modern feel with a unique bathroom mirror that was lit up like a ring light. There was also a full-length mirror in the room, perfect for getting ready. The shower was fantastic, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, offering both safety and convenience. I felt comfortable leaving my valuables in the room, knowing they would be secure. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, beaches, and major attractions nearby for easy exploration.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and everything looked nice. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool that my boys absolutely loved. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything we wanted to do and only 20 minutes away from the beach. The staff, including the manager Christy, were amazing. Christy was gracious, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to help us. The housekeepers were also very sweet and did an outstanding job. everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Aspects: Some areas of the hotel, like the front of the rooms and elevators, had a strong smell of cigarettes. Additionally, there were a few issues with the room such as poor lighting over the sink and mild smoke smell in a nonsmoking room.

The bed was comfortable and towels were available upon arrival. The manager, Christy, was great. The hotel is trying to update and has a good location.

We wanted to be close to the beach, and Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Foley-North Gulf Shores delivered. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, and the beach was stunning. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed dining at The Hangout for the Pirates and Princesses breakfast. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and amazing pillows. The hotel was conveniently located near food, activities, and shopping, making it a perfect choice for families and pet-friendly too.
