I had the best time staying in Taos in the most adorable casita in the beginning of August. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, with everything neat and spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful outdoor fire pit and a lovely creek nearby. Parking was convenient with valet service available. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown Taos, making it convenient to explore all the attractions in this city.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a big lovely garden just a quarter mile from the Plaza. The staff could not have been nicer--they really take customer service seriously. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a balcony and sitting area. The beautiful garden area with an outdoor dining area was a great place to relax. The leisure spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were convenient as well.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the valet staff were outstanding and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with trash left in the room and dirty sheets on the bed.

We were delighted by the warm welcome given to our guide dog at check-in, complete with a scarf and treats. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The location was perfect, with beautiful mountain views and close proximity to galleries, shopping, and restaurants. The sense of privacy was lovely, and the saltwater hot tub was a hit. we highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the beautiful outdoor atmosphere of the hotel, it was the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern comfort. The location was also ideal, as it was within walking distance to both the woodsy outdoors area and the bustling Plaza area. We also enjoyed the luxurious room amenities like the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, and terrace. The customer service from the staff was excellent and they were happy to help with anything we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with clean and well-maintained facilities. The staff, especially David, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The location was conveniently close to downtown, Marcos, and transportation. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.

This hotel is an amazing value for money. With nice prices and attention to detail, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect, surrounded by a wonderful big garden and nicely landscaped areas. The staff provided an excellent service, and our room had terrific amenities. We had an excellent bed with quality equipment, and we enjoyed the Mountain View from our window. The breakfast included was also a great addition.

The location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown restaurants and the historic town square. The room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the ponds and gardens. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the indoor pool area was unique with tropical plants.

The breakfast service was underwhelming and overpriced, with no utensils or ceramic mugs provided.

We recently had a romantic escape and it was perfect! The staff was incredibly welcoming and even surprised us with a special gift in our room. The grounds were stunning and we loved relaxing at the pool and hot tub. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to the main plaza. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant.

We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. We had to change rooms due to some maintenance issues, but the staff handled it well.

Had an amazing spa day at El Monte Sagrado Resort. Sarah gave me the best massage, and Erin was very helpful with all my questions about the amenities. Will definitely come back for another spa day. highly recommend this hotel.

We really got our money's worth at this beautiful resort with spacious rooms and a luxurious bathtub. The location was perfect, with a serene country feel but still close to town. The staff, especially Kirsten in the dining room, were helpful and made our stay even better.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options and a working oven for the flatbread.
