we had a wonderful stay at the embassy suites. the staff were friendly and provided free transport to and from the airport and train station. the suite was spacious with a separate bedroom, mini-kitchen, and living room. a complimentary breakfast kept us energized for the day. the nearby park was perfect for relaxation and people-watching. overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return.

During my transit in Boston, I stayed at Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport. The convenience of this full-service hotel cannot be understated, offering a complimentary shuttle to both the airport and the MBTA Blue Line Subway Station, making traveling around the city incredibly easy. the hotel's proximity to Logan Airport, a mere 10-minute drive, provided great peace of mind for an early departure.

Although the overall stay was comfortable and convenient, the interactions with the front desk staff left much to be desired. From the initial check-in experience marred by a lack of assistance and unprofessional behavior to an unhelpful and somewhat rude attitude during the checkout process, the lackluster service detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the friendly staff, beautiful hotel, and great reception. Room setup was fantastic. Excellent shuttle service. Parking was pricey but overall, a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Boston At Logan Airport.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was excellent. The staff, including the front desk staff and the housekeeping on the 9th floor, were all top-notch. The van driver, Nicholas, was also incredibly helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, especially as a family with children. It was very convenient and there were even free snacks available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We also took advantage of the shuttle bus service to and from the hotel, which was much cheaper than valet parking. a great experience.
