Spacious rooms and great location were the best aspects of our stay. The rooms were big enough to accommodate our family comfortably. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the attractions and amenities that we wanted to visit during our city trip. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a good start to our day.

The cleanliness of the linens was not up to our expectations, as they were found to be dirty upon arrival. Furthermore, the presence of roaches and a large spider in the room was unpleasant and made us uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for me as a business traveler. The hotel staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs, providing excellent service throughout my stay. From the front desk attendants who greeted me warmly every time I passed by, to the friendly and engaging staff at the breakfast and evening reception, everyone made me feel like a valued guest. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and a snack bar that offered nutritious options along with special treats. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle service, making my travel experience much more convenient. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

While my experience at this hotel was mostly positive, there was one minor issue with the room. A crib was left in the room, despite us requesting its removal.

The breakfast served here was absolutely delicious! I loved the buffet-style options, especially the pancakes and French toast. They even had a cook-to-order omelette station, which was a nice touch. In the evenings, the hotel offered complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service, including bringing a crib to my room free of charge and ensuring I had a high chair for breakfast.
