Staying here was fantastic! The hotel has an awesome location near great shops and restaurants. It was really convenient that this place is right across from a mall, which I especially loved. The customer service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The staff showed great care and concern towards me throughout my stay. The hotel had excellent amenities like a lovely indoor swimming pool and a fitness studio. Plus, the room was well-maintained and had all the facilities I could need like air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and ironing facilities.

Great breakfast and exceptional room. However, we experienced some noise issues due to kids late at night. The housekeepers were outstanding though. I recommend this hotel for families and solo travelers.

I stayed at Embassy Suites in Raleigh for 5 nights and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with a beautiful mall right across the highway. The shuttle bus service was fabulous, taking me to the clean airport and around the area. The staff, including Mary and Theresa, were all so nice and made my stay enjoyable. The room layout was great and the bed was super comfy. I also loved the free drinks and snacks during the evening. a fantastic place for solo travelers.
