The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and personable, providing a cheerful welcome or goodbye every time I passed by. This level of customer service is often lacking in other establishments. Additionally, the hotel offered 24-hour coffee in the lobby and grab-n-go snacks in the morning, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch.

There were some downsides to my stay. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.
