The hotel had excellent housekeeping, providing clean rooms with refreshed towels and toiletries daily. Check-in was quick and easy, taking only 2 minutes. The location was convenient for my family's residence and the breakfast served was very good. The staff, including the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable.

The location of this hotel is VERY convenient, right off 696 and surrounded by a variety of dining options within walking distance, including two Japanese restaurants, a Wendy's, Subway, and Craft Breww City catty corner which is AWESOME. The rooms are clean, modern, and offer a good range of options, including breakfast burritos. Although they are smaller and more sparsely furnished than Hampton rooms, they still provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. They were always available to assist and were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good and exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a gym, which is a nice amenity for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn in Farmington Hills. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for our stay. The location was convenient for our needs, and we appreciated the well-maintained property. The only minor drawback was that the pool was closed during our stay, but overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The WiFi signal at this hotel was strong and reliable, something that can be hit or miss at other places. The shower setup was also great, with good water pressure and hot water that actually got hot. The curtains in the bathroom were thick enough to not billow inwards while showering. The location was very convenient, with plenty of nearby eating options and a peaceful atmosphere.

The temperature control in the room was not ideal, with only the options of either having it off or uncomfortably hot. The soundproofing between rooms was also lacking, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms such as toilets flushing and doors slamming.

The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping service was excellent. They cleaned our room every day, provided fresh towels and toiletries, and even made the bed. I also loved the fact that they allowed 18-year-olds to check in, which is not common in this area. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was just off the highway and took us less than 30 minutes to reach Little Caesars Arena, where we had an event to attend. it couldn't have been a better stay!
