Nice price, spacious rooms. AC issue resolved promptly, staff very helpful. Early check-in granted after early flight, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, quick and helpful with directions and recommendations. Impressed by staff's care and first aid response to guest's injury.

The hotel had an excellent location, with easy access to the freeway and popular areas. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to attend to guests' needs.

Communication was a major issue as some of the housekeeping staff couldn't understand English well.

The staff at Fairfield Inn were incredibly attentive and caring. When my elderly mother accidentally bumped her arm and started bleeding, the lady at the front desk immediately retrieved a first aid kit and tended to her wounds. I was impressed by their quick response and genuine concern for their guests' well-being. It's comforting to know that they go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight. The complimentary breakfast had a good range of options and was set up in a clean and organized manner. the hotel was conveniently located near major highways and attractions, making it easy to get around and explore the city.

The hotel was a little difficult to find, requiring us to navigate through different parking lots and an apartment complex, especially at night or in bad weather. There was also an odd smell in the lobby and one of the elevators that persisted throughout our stay and could be off-putting for some guests.
