During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn, I was impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decor of the hotel. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the option to purchase snacks and microwave meals at the front store. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. I also found the ice machine to be conveniently located, and the room temperature was easily adjustable.

This hotel is spotless and well taken care of. The room was the cleanest I've stayed in. It's quiet even when full. Easy access to route 64 and restaurants. Late check-out was no problem. Delicious breakfast, awesome pool and jacuzzi.

They were so comfortable that I actually ended up ordering one for myself. the hotel provided a pleasant experience.

One downside was that the breakfast area used plastic and styrofoam utensils and plates. It would have been better if they used real silverware and dishes or at least had a recycling system in place.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel that perfectly suited my needs while attending horse events in a bustling location. This hotel's attention to detail impressed me, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. The location was great, as it was close to all the horse-related activities I wanted to attend. Additionally, the rooms were very nice and surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness was immaculate, and the warm pool was an enjoyable amenity to unwind after a long day.

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn in Lexington. We decided to have a fun night out in Richmond and then stay at the hotel. The night staff was amazing, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for all three of us. The separate sitting area was a nice bonus, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

The breakfast provided at the hotel has a decent selection, is well presented, and offers plenty of seating.

I also appreciated the attention to detail, as everything from the basic amenities to the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a delicious and satisfying start to the day, especially with the hot food options available.

the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to major routes. The hotel also had a good selection of TV channels and a helpful guide. Additionally, they did call me to inform me that I had left something behind in the room and offered to mail it to me. Despite these small positives, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The lack of customer service and uncomfortable experience overshadowed any advantages the hotel had to offer.

Arriving at this hotel for my Christmas stay, I was immediately disappointed by the lack of customer service. The front desk clerk was clearly more interested in her personal phone call than checking me in.
