The bed in our room was not comfortable, it seemed to roll towards the middle. Additionally, the hand sanitizing dispenser on our floor was always empty, despite our three-night stay.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was fantastic and had a modern touch to it. The location was perfect and the staff treated us so well.

Everything was amazing at this brand new hotel! The front desk staff, especially Ms. Kelly, were extremely nice and helpful, giving great suggestions and recommendations. The outdoor fire pit was a favorite spot for us, and everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel even delivered a toothbrush to our room within 2 minutes of us requesting one! The location was perfect, with lots to do in the area and Gatlinburg just a short drive away.

We felt very welcome throughout our stay and had nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn. The rooms were beautifully designed with a modern feel and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The heated swimming pool was a hit with my son, especially the slide and mushroom. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the lady running it was so nice. I loved it!
