The location of Four Points was perfect for our stay. It was in a great area, close to everything we needed.

The facilities at this hotel are fantastic - clean, up to date, and beautiful. The rooms are awesome with comfortable beds and beautiful restrooms. The sliding "barn" doors add a nice touch. The indoor pool provided hours of fun for the family, especially during our staycation. The location is also great, with easy access to everything in the Katy area.

Felt like a part of the family, nothing to complain about.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, check-in was fast and courteous, better service than more expensive hotels, cozy rooms.

The location of the hotel was great, right next to many nice restaurants and close to my business meetings. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my room, especially the bathroom which had plenty of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I had a great stay at Four Points and would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby for guests, which makes for a nice way to start the day. the hotel is located within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and shops, which is incredibly convenient. The room also had a nice view.

The lack of communication and organization from the staff made the experience frustrating. We were locked out of our rooms multiple times and had to go to the lobby for towels since housekeeping was not available.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Houston for four nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. We were able to see the fireworks from around the city at midnight, which was awesome. The staff, especially the young lady who checked us in, was sweet and helpful. it was a great hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location.
