The hotel had spacious and clean bathrooms, exceptional front desk staff, and comfortable king-size beds. The breakfast was good and the customer service was excellent. Families would appreciate the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and well-designed with a vanity/desk area that had plenty of outlets and a charging area. The bathroom was also large and well thought out, with room for all my essential items. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Starbucks across the street and a Chick-fil-A next door, making it easy for me to grab a quick bite to eat. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself smelled good and appeared clean and fresh. I also appreciated the fact that there were no carpets in the room, as carpet in hotels can often be gross.

Great Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast provided a nice variety of options, surprising for a hotel. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were clean and the bedding was amazing, offering a comfortable stay.

Poor Management: During check-in, the front desk person was too busy flirting/talking and ended up charging my card twice for each room. Despite several hours of communication with Hilton Customer Care, I have only received one refund.

Loved the complementary coffee and the free Wi-Fi. The hotel was conveniently located near my meeting place, so I didn't have to waste time and money on cabs. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Lakepoint area and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the LakePointe sports complex. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The breakfast area had a wide variety of options, from waffles to smoothies, and the staff kept the food fresh until 10am. Additionally, there were great facilities such as a fitness center and a business center available for use.

The only downside was that the bathroom door in the room was a little strange, as it couldn't be locked and may not be suitable for families with toddlers.
