We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the comfortable bed and the king suite with a sitting area. The location was perfect as it was right by the mall and close to everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and took extra steps to be helpful. We were impressed with how they quickly resolved our booking and AC issues, as well as accommodating our parking needs. The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast that exceeded our expectations.
