The hotel is conveniently located near Eagle Road, which is very busy and noisy, but it wasn't a problem for us as the rooms were well-insulated and we didn't hear any outside noise. The service provided by the staff was really nice and they were always helpful and friendly. The basic amenities in the room, like the fridge and microwave, were very convenient for our needs. Lastly, the breakfast was wonderful, with a large variety of items and good service.

The location of the hotel was great, situated in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for our romantic escape. Additionally, the indoor pool and gym being open 24 hours allowed us to relax and work out at our own convenience.

It took an incredibly long time to check-in, causing unnecessary stress and delay to our plans. The lack of staff was evident throughout our stay, as the front desk was always busy and it was difficult to get assistance with issues such as water and TV problems.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the precautions taken during snowy weather were much appreciated. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep for all of us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to a variety of stores and many eateries, and just minutes away from the airport. The staff, from the front desk staff to the breakfast servers to the housekeepers, were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel's location was perfect for me, being near The Village center and various shopping areas with many eateries to choose from. The room I stayed in was well equipped with 2 Queen beds, a jetted tub, and included breakfast. Excellent value for money.

As a business traveler, I loved the central location of this hotel. It was convenient to Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna, and the Meridian Speedway. Being close to I-84 was also a huge plus. The room was comfortable and close to an exit, which made it easy for me to come and go. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, always with a smile and willing to assist with anything. The cleaning staff were also considerate and did a great job. The breakfast bar was a great feature as well.

Though. The pool unexpectedly closed for 24 hours which was a bit of a letdown and the lobby got quite loud with people chatting and kids running around late at night.
