We loved the breakfast options, especially the chicken and apple sausage. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily access the city while avoiding heavy traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the best we've experienced in any hotel.

The location was perfect, just the right distance from the city to avoid heavy traffic but still easily accessible. The staff was wonderful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions we had. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the bed was amazingly comfortable, probably the best of any hotel we have ever stayed in.

Cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with crumbs on the sofa and a stained towel. The bathroom amenities were lacking, with only one bar of soap and one bottle each of shampoo and conditioner provided.

Our recent stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville but still easily accessible. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed which was the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and safety precautions taken during these challenging times. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area.

The hotel was in a great location for our New Year's trip, with easy access to attractions and shopping. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and a convenient refrigerator. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us when my husband left his wallet in the room. They even met us at the airport to return it, ensuring we didn't miss our flight. We were incredibly thankful for their exceptional service.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Despite eating early, around 6:15, the food was cold and not very fresh.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites! The room was fantastic with a barn door separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious and brightly lit. We were thrilled to have charging ports for our electronics. The location was perfect, close to retail and residential areas with a Publix, wine/spirits store, and frozen custard store nearby. It was also convenient to drive to Franklin and Cool Springs in just a few minutes. The hotel layout was nice, and the pool area was beautiful. And the icing on the cake was being able to use our phone as keys! It worked flawlessly and we loved it.

The hotel facility was in excellent condition, with spacious rooms and a surprising breakfast section. The bathroom shower was great, and I appreciated the option to decline room cleaning. The maintenance staff even came to our rescue when other guests were smoking weed outside our room, ensuring that the air was cleared. we loved everything about our stay and can't wait to use the pool on our next visit!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Franklin for a weekend getaway. The hotel had a cozy and welcoming vibe from the moment I arrived.
