This hotel has a lot to offer in terms of its location, being super close to the outlets and near the Norfolk area. The basic amenities are great, and the soft huge bed in our room on the third level was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the breakfast included ready-made cheese omelets, although it may not be everyone's taste.

Housekeeping staff could use more supervision.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious rooms and convenient pull-out couch with pre-made sheets. The well-maintained breakfast with vegetarian options and friendly staff was a great start to our day. The location was perfect, with easy access to food options, stores, and just a short 20-minute ride to the beach.

The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed talking with one of the staff members named Ambert during breakfast.
