We loved the convenience of the shuttle service that picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel, as well as to a local restaurant for dinner. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and the hotel bar was a great asset for relaxing in the evening. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast provided at the hotel, which was essential for our stay.

My stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic! The staff, especially Maribelle, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They promptly adjusted my room temperature and followed up with a call. The cleaning ladies and breakfast servers were also amazing. The property was quiet and I appreciated the availability of hot water, coffee, freshly baked cookies, and apples. The service excellence at this hotel is commendable.

The room had great natural sunlight, fresh waffles for breakfast, helpful and accommodating staff, convenient location, fresh smoothies and juices at breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast options were amazing, with fresh pressed fruit drinks and a make-your-own waffle station that satisfied my sweet tooth. The staff, especially Emily and Xochi, were incredibly friendly and caring. The location was very convenient, right next to the north end of the main Oakland airport runway, making it easy to get to and from the airport. I had a wonderful experience.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel experience was worth the price. We were pleasantly surprised with complementary breakfast and coffee, as well as great service from the friendly staff. Although the hotel was located farther from tourist attractions, the train system made transportation easy and accessible. The tranquil atmosphere in the hotel and lovely surroundings added to the experience making it so much more enjoyable.

Also, there was an additional charge for parking, and the pull-out sofa bed was not very comfortable.
