In just 20 minutes, I could effortlessly reach the bustling city of New York without any traffic jams or stress.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and complimentary parking which saved me some money. The location was perfect as buses to downtown were just across the street, and there were many food options around. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The cleaning service was not up to par as they only came once during the week-long stay and I had to ask for it. the laundry service was inconvenient as I had to buy a whole pack of detergent from reception to do my laundry just once.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and accommodating front desk staff. The clean and stylish lobby was a great place to relax, and we appreciated the infused water station after being outside. The spacious double king room was perfect for our group. The buffet-style breakfast gave us plenty of options to fuel up before our adventures. the facilities and amenities were excellent for our needs.

Felt safe and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.

The hotel is located in a great area, just across the street from the city bus #320 that takes you to NYC downtown. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are cozy. The gym is clean and has good equipment. The breakfast is decent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Additionally, the hotel has a newly finished pool that adds to the amenities.

The bathrooms could use some updating as the water fixtures are not working properly.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel provided a safe and comfortable experience, with amazing views from the rooms.

The room was just what I needed after a long day. The air conditioning and comfy sofa were a great relief. The fridge and microwave were handy for late-night snacks.

Personally, I didn't find the tea/coffee maker very convenient.

We also enjoyed the restaurant and picnic area. All in all, we would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
