My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely a wonderful experience! the location is perfect, offering a great view of the gulf and easy beach access. the staff at this hotel was exceptionally nice, always with a smile on their face and ready to assist. the abundant choice for breakfast, whether buffet or from the menu, was a pleasant surprise. I especially enjoyed the convenience of the nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance.

One improvement that could be made at this hotel is the outdated air-conditioning system in the rooms. It needs servicing to avoid any unpleasant odors.

The staff at the hotel was amazing, from the thoughtful welcome treats to the all-around helpfulness - it really made our anniversary extra special! However, the WiFi in the room cost $10 a day, which was a tad disappointing, but didn't put a damper on our overall awesome stay! 🌴

The Hilton Galveston Island Resort offers a fantastic location on the strip, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The outdoor pool surrounded by tropical landscapes is a perfect spot for relaxation, offering a serene atmosphere to unwind.

The elevator was super slow, but being on the second floor, I never used it. However, the hotel should consider assigning rooms strategically, as my stay was disturbed by a loud cheer party on the same floor.

The sports and entertainment facilities were lit! We had so much fun at the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and the swim-up bar. Plus, we got to experience the vibes at Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal and 61st Street Fishing Pier. It was off the hook!

It would be even cooler if they had a dedicated space for young, party-going people to hang out and have more live music events.

I stayed at Hilton Galveston Island Resort for transit during my travel, and its convenience being 70 km away from William P. Hobby airport was a major plus. The free Wi-Fi access and free private parking were also very convenient during my short stay.

The breakfast was not included in my stay and was quite expensive. the food quality was subpar, and the rooms could use some updates, especially in terms of the shower and toilet pressure, as well as the cleanliness of the property.

omg, the beach view from the room was breathtaking! the resort had everything from a cozy lounge to a lively swim-up bar. Such a vibe! one downside was the slow shuttle service. 😔

I had an amazing stay right across the beach! the staff was friendly and accommodating. the massage facilities were remarkable. DEFINITELY, I would choose this place again! Photos do not do justice.

We had a wonderful stay at a resort on Galveston Island. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially the swim-up bar. The food at the resort was reasonably priced and delicious, and the portions were generous. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views from our room and plenty of activities for all age groups in the area. The staff, particularly Lacey at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the prompt response to our request for clean towels.

That the food and drinks were a bit expensive.

Indulged in mouthwatering dishes at Palm Court, Landry's Seafood House, and Grotto Ristorante, all a stone's throw away. Every bite told a story of local flavors, leaving taste buds singing. The dining experience was as vibrant as the island itself. Staff excelled in friendliness and making you feel right at home.

Rooms could use a modern makeover to match the island's lively vibe. A touch of rust on the bathroom door and a dalliance with hot water in the shower were minor blips in an otherwise bright stay.

This hotel is located in a great spot - right on the seawall and directly across from the beach. It's also in close proximity to everything we wanted to do in the Galveston area. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved our room with a balcony that offered a great view and a hot tub. The breakfast included in the rate was very satisfying.

The upgraded room, birthday card, and cheesecake surprise were such thoughtful touches. The pool area was clean, not crowded, and the staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being able to enjoy the pool before check-in and even after check-out with a late check-out option. The location was great too, with easy access to the beach and other attractions.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more affordable options available.
