Excellent front desk staff! Great service!

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. I especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the room. The location was convenient, with easy access to interstates and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a great experience. Firstly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient for my daily activities and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

All in all, everything was fine during my stay.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, with great mattresses and soft linens. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The towels and washcloths were always fluffy. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and family trips.

The Hilton Garden Inn provided a much-needed getaway for my wife and me. The renovated room was comfortable and the bed ensured a restful sleep. We enjoyed the convenience of having a nice indoor pool and hot tub. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options. we had a pleasurable stay.

The location was ideal, as it was close to both the airport and a fantastic restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, giving us a great start to our day. we were impressed with the facilities and the advantages they provided.

Nice first impression, extremely welcoming place to stay. Staff were very friendly from our check in to our check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Couch in room a tad worn, but the desk chair was a wonderful surprise and made working that much easier.

I recently stayed at a hotel located conveniently near the Sharonville Convention Center. The hotel was clean and the staff provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious made-to-order hot breakfast which was a great way to start the day.
