Recently renovated, modern and comfortable rooms. Great location near the highway and downtown. Excellent staff and service. Delicious continental breakfast available. Free bike rentals and comfortable outdoor seating areas.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels for all guests. The location was convenient, with easy access from the nearby freeway. One advantage that I enjoyed was the 24-hour pool, which allowed me to relax after a long day of work.

The cleanliness of the halls and elevator could have been better, with unpleasant smells and a puddle of water. The hotel also seemed to lack some of the amenities that were advertised, such as a spa and certain room features.

We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my dietary needs. The facility was beautiful and well-maintained, with a great pool and hot tub area. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that our privacy was respected when we put up the sign. we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to downtown and on the beach of beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. The room was comfortable, with a very comfy pull out couch and a clean bathroom. The service was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. the hotel had a nice fireplace in the lobby and a pool for guests to enjoy.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel that I noticed. Some of the guests mentioned that the check-in process was a bit slow, with staff being preoccupied with personal phone calls.

Great value for money with clean rooms and easy access from the parking lot. The multiple outdoor sitting areas, fire pit, and outdoor dining area were a pleasant surprise, making relaxation outside so enjoyable. Definitely the best HIE location I've experienced! The indoor pool and spa were a highlight, and the hot breakfasts provided a convenient start to the day without having to rush off to an expensive restaurant. The staff were fantastic, and I appreciated their efforts to accommodate my dietary needs.

Loved the comfy bed, choice of pillows, and the peace and quiet. Also enjoyed the convenient location, great amenities, and fantastic service from the staff. The hot breakfast was yummy!

The constant sound of chirping birds outside my window was just unbearable. Couldn't get a moment of silence.

My recent stay at a hotel in Coeur d'Alene was exceptional. The staff at Holiday Inn Express were incredibly accommodating to my needs. As I have a knee injury, they ensured that my room was on the ground level with convenient access. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-lit. The room had a private entrance from outside, with a parking spot right there for easy access. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff, especially the supervisor I encountered, was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet yet convenient, and the view was pretty nice too. I can't wait to stay here again!
