My xmas at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were amazing and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. the room was large, clean, and very comfortable. the best part was the sit-down shower, which was perfect for my arthritis. the hotel's safe location was also a plus. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options, and the fact that there were vending machines for convenience. Additionally, the elevators were always working and the guests were friendly.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the check-in process was a bit difficult for my partner and me, which was a bit of a hassle.

The room was nice and clean, with plenty of bedding for the pull-out sofa bed. the bathroom was well stocked and the breakfast was great, with a better cook compared to other hotels. the hotel staff was friendly, with the man at the desk being the sweetest, asking about my stay and genuinely caring about my well-being.

The only downside was the climate control in the room. It was hard to sleep because we couldn't get the temperature right.
