During our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, we were pleasantly surprised by the personalized check-in experience. Jeremy, the staff member who assisted us, serenaded us with his beautiful singing voice instead of the usual elevator music. It was a delightful and unique touch that made the check-in process enjoyable. Additionally, Felita, another staff member, greeted us warmly and efficiently during our arrival. She even went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a room on the top floor. We were impressed by the spaciousness of our room, complete with a comfortable king bed, sofa, and a convenient counter area for making coffee. We were also pleased to find paper plates, plastic cups, and utensils in the cabinets, providing added convenience. Felita recommended a nearby restaurant, Mama's Pizza, which turned out to be both affordable and delicious. The entire staff at this hotel, including the breakfast team, were friendly and attentive. The breakfast itself was plentiful and served early, allowing us to start our day off right. Checking out was a breeze, as our bill was already under the door. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a personal touch during their stay.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express in Plymouth. The location was convenient for our festival vendor work downtown. The suite we booked was a good value and had a whirlpool tub. The bathroom lighting was bright, perfect for applying makeup. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancake maker. we would recommend this hotel.

Best aspects of our stay were the comfortable room and the helpful staff. The room was cozy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Worst aspect of our stay was the slippery bath tub. We had to put a small towel on the floor of the tub to prevent slipping.

Came for a motorcycle race! Beds were cozy, pool perfect for my kids! We'll be back! Excellent staff, especially Felicia! She arranged early check-in, noticed I wasn't feeling well, and got us a convenient room on the first floor. She even remembered my name the next day! Made me feel welcome!
