The pool was not heated as advertised. The room was not clean upon arrival, with socks on the window sill and an empty body soap in the shower.

And who knew a machine pancake could actually taste good? , the location was pretty convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. The room cost was also reasonable and satisfying considering that it was spacious and cleaned daily.

The stay was mostly disappointing because the pool was closed the entire time, despite us being told it would open after 4pm on our first day. The miscommunication and lack of follow-up led to a let-down, especially since we had kids who were looking forward to it.
