The hotel is in a great location, right next to outlets for shopping. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary breakfast available.

There were issues with the hot water in the evening and morning, and the bathroom sink knob kept coming off.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the clean facilities, easy access to the room, and decent breakfast options. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable.

Clean and accessible rooms compared favorably to the more expensive Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista, which received a disappointing response to a negative review. Although we encountered a timing miscommunication at checkout, our frequent stays at the Hilton Express have set high standards.

I had a last-minute stay at the Holiday Inn Express and I was pleasantly surprised. The location was easy to find and the price point was excellent. The cleanliness of the room and the accommodations were top-notch. I also loved the fact that they offered free breakfast with a variety of options. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice perks. Convenient location close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The free parking was also a bonus.

The hotel's sound insulation is poor as outside noise could be heard throughout the night. The air conditioning was loud and disruptive, and the bed was uncomfortable.
