I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Rochester - Marketplace for a few nights during a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The suites were spacious and comfortable, with a separate living space and sofa bed for my kids. I also loved having access to the indoor pool and Jacuzzi, which provided a relaxing break after a long day. The breakfast selection was excellent, even towards the end of the available time slot, and the location was very convenient for my needs.

I had a fabulous stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities nearby. The highlight for my kids was the large indoor pool, which was heated and kept them entertained for hours. We also received 2 free drinks upon check-in and an invite to a social in the restaurant, which was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

This mid-priced hotel is situated in a convenient location near a really cool restaurant, close to restaurants areas & shopping areas. The room was spacious and had a very clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was provided with a decent selection.

The noise levels from other guests were unbearable at night.

We loved having access to the pool and enjoyed the privacy of being the only room occupied. The room itself was clean and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The housekeeping staff were friendly and the supervisor went above and beyond to assist us during check-in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the best night's sleep in a while. The separate living space with a sofa bed was a bonus for our kids. a spacious and cozy room.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel was fantastic! I was in town for a weekend getaway and the experience exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful - delicious and freshly cooked with plenty of food to choose from. The front desk staff was very accommodating and after a friendly conversation, they included our weekend breakfast at no additional charge. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, situated right off the highway and surrounded by an array of restaurants and stores. We even had the pleasure of walking to a nearby restaurant called Sticky Lips. Additionally, I loved the unique window shade that rolled up and down, eliminating any annoying gaps.
